There's nothing better than 'sharing' your love for your children with a best friend. I am so blessed to have many great friends who have children around Hunter's age but it's extra special to share this time in my life with my best friend since birth. It's crazy to see our children playing together like we once did, and even crazier that we are now 'the mothers' that we can so vividly remember when they were our age. I am so excited that we now live close enough to raise our children as friends and spend more than just a couple weekends a year together laughing and enjoying our special bond. I love you Cassie, and feel blessed to have you as such a wonderful friend and 'sister' throughout the years.

SOOO maybe Cassie and I had hoped for daughters that would grow up playing together and loving each other as sisters, like we did . . . But only because it never crossed our minds that little boys could be so PRECIOUS !! These two crazy kids have a blast together and keep us laughing (and on our toes)!
So, instead of sisters, we'll happily settle for brothers . . .

Kasen turns 2 - Woooo Pig Sooey !!
We called the hogs and sang Happy Birthday for this sweet little boy a couple weekends ago. Hunter had a great time playing with the Kasen and Shelby,
